While making payment from the User portal, it's better to show the AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS To the user
So they can view and select the payment option.
When clicking on Pay invoice gives a pop window, there only you can show it as below. Attached screenshot for reference
PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE
  1. Pay via NEFT ( display Bank details)
  2. Pay via Payment Gateway ( UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, etc)
